We are a made-to-order brand, so most orders ship within 7-10 working days. If your selected item is in stock, we can expedite shipping to the next working day upon request. Domestic delivery takes an additional 1-3 working days, while international deliveries take 3-10 working days. For pre-order items or special collections, please check the product page for specific timelines.
We do not offer returns. However, exchanges are possible in cases of:
- Shipping Damage: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and return the item within one week.
- Manufacturing Fault: If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the item after inspecting it.
For both cases, email us at orders@roohme.com with details. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our warehouse, while we handle costs for repairs or replacements.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at orders@roohme.com. Cancellations after this period cannot be entertained.

In case of damage during shipping, email us at orders@roohme.com with photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. Return the item to our warehouse within one week, and we will repair or replace it as per our policy.
