Exchange Policy
We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at orders@roohme.com and we will get back to you.
At Roohme, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, in excruciating following scenarios we can determine if a product can be exchanged at our discretion:
Shipping Damage: Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else Roohme will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. Roohme will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
Manufacturing fault : Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at Roohme, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of one month from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.
If you need an exchange because of these issues, send us an email at orders@roohme.com. Depending on where you live and the nature of the action required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returning items by post or courier.
If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at orders@roohme.com with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s).
Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit.
Roohme cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.
In case you wish to cancel an order, you can let us know within 24 hours of placing an order, and if not shipped it can be processed. Any cancellations post 24 hours will not be entertained.
