1- Do you charge for shipping?

     No, We offer free shipping on all our products. 

2- How long does it take for an order to get delivered? 

     Orders generally delivered within 6-7 working days.

3- What if I am not able to receive my order? 

You will be informed as soon as your order is dispatched .Usually, orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of the customer placing the order. The order is delivered at your specified time. If no one is available to receive your order at this moment, a second attempt is made after the customer has confirmed. If the order is not delivered on the second try, it is returned to our warehouse.

The order will be canceled and your refund as Roohme Coupon code, if any, will be processed  within 7 days.
