Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we'd be happy to exchange it / offer store credit in the following cases:

  • An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
  • The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
  • The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.
  • Please note that if any garment has been customised for colour, it will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
  • SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.

Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be in their original position and product(s) should be unused. You can email us on orders@roohme.com with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 3 days of receiving the products.

 

Incase of a Defect in the Product

We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

You can ship the parcel to us at the following address: C-80 B, SECTOR-8, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

If you'd like for us to arrange a reverse pick up, it will be at an additional cost.

Kindly note, shipping charges for the above will be borne by the customer. Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products are sent into production.

 

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at orders@roohme.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Exchange / Return for International Orders

No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
